Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product has been dispatched, whichever comes earlier. In such a case you will be refunded the entire amount.

If you fail to do so within 24 hours and/or the product has already been dispatched, then we cannot cancel your order.

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order or from the day we receive your returned product.

Returns

All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. After that time the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please do not accept it. Contact us and a replacement will be dispatched ASAP

If a product is found to be damaged on arrival, we will repair/replace/refund, on a case by case basis. Please get in touch with us via our helpdesk within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

Requirements for Returns:

Please note that unless an item is being returned because it is defective, you must return each item in the same condition as you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused and complete. Used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage. Where an item is supplied sealed or shrink wrapped, the seal or wrapping must be complete and unopened.

All returns must include a returns number. This is available via our helpdesk. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURNS NUMBER

Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.

Return shipping is at buyer’s cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

Customers will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product other than in situations mentioned above.

Any product that appears to have been deliberately damaged, or has been subject to abuse or misuse – for example: Any headphones or speakers that appear to have been “blown” due to being played at too high a volume.

Any product returned without all the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

Where applicable, any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number

Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

All purchases made on this site are covered by the UK distance selling regulations.

To return an item for replacement/ refund follow these three steps:

Our Returns Team will review your request. You will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your return.

Once the returns request is approved, you will be provided with an address to send the product to for refund/replacement. Customers will be notified once the package has been safely received and processed at our facility.
